This lodge is surrounded by 1000 acres know as the Rio Claro Refuge was recently declared a new National Wild Life Refuge by the government of Costa Rica is owned by the family that runs the lodge. The wonderful lady that runs the lodge really goes out of her way to treat guests to a wonderfull vacation with great food and speaks perfect english. Directly offshore about 8 miles from the villas is Cano Island and the views of the island are remarkable.

You can see humpback whales in season from your villa and dolphins almost every day. Each villa has a private terrace overlooking the ocean.

White sandy beaches in front of the hotel which sits up high for great views.

  • $60 transport from Palmar Sur Airport to Sierrpe and then by boat to the lodge
