La Luna

"La Luna" features items from three different menus: international, local and low-carbohydrate dishes…grilled local jumbo shrimp and polenta nestled on a bed of mixed greens with shaved parmesan & mango-pineapple chutney served with dressing of your choice and warm Cuban bread; "El Plato Tipico" could consist of thin-shaved slices of local-grown roasted beef, rice and beans, picadillo (sautéed mixed vegetables) and our delicious homemade Tico bread; a low-carbohydrate dish could consist of low fat cut of meat prepared with natural spices and a vegetable soufflé topped off with carb and fat-free pudding for dessert.

The Gaia Grill

"The Gaia Grill" provides our 24-hour menu with a succulent array of grilled meats, fresh salads consisting entirely of local ingredients, on-site prepared soups, breads, sandwiches and desserts.

All breakfasts are included in your room rate with your choice of setting, in the privacy of your room or in The Gaia Grill.

The gym, opening in April, provides the latest exercise equipment plus a trainer to personalize your workout.

The Spa at Gaia entices you with personal or couples massages, and features an outdoor hydro-massage pool overlooking the jungle for the ultimate in relaxation. Dry sauna, steam bath with mud-pack room, facial treatments, dermatological clinic and total privacy will impress even the most well-heeled traveler.

The pool area includes two pools at different levels, connected via a cascading waterfall. Also included in the pool area is a whirlpool, a snack bar, a bar and table dining in the water. The coffee shop will provide the 24/7 menu which will include different salads, soups, sandwiches and desserts. The restaurant and the coffee shop will be located in a setting with unobstructed magnificent views of the Manuel Antonio - Quepos area. The coffee shop menu will be offered as part of room service. All breakfasts will be covered as part of your room rate and will be either served in the Clubhouse or the privacy of your room.
